1. Who is responsible

Vomini LTDA. Contact: contact@vomini.com.

2. What we collect

  • Your name, e-mail address and phone number, which you type at checkout.
  • Your payment details, which you type into Stripe's payment form. We never see or store your full card number.
  • What you bought, and the answer you give to "who is your app for?" on the access page.
  • Technical data at checkout: IP address, browser (user agent) and the Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp, _fbc), stored with your Stripe order.
  • If you use Dev On Call: what you send us about your problem, and access to the repository you choose to share.

3. Why

  • To process your payment, give you access and send your receipt and access e-mails (contract).
  • To answer Dev On Call requests (contract).
  • To measure our ads: the pages use the Meta Pixel, and we send the purchase to Meta's Conversions API with your e-mail hashed (scrambled with SHA-256), your IP, browser and the cookie identifiers (legitimate interest or consent, as your local law requires).
  • To tell you about Ship Week and our build service by e-mail. You can stop these e-mails with one click.

4. Who receives it

Stripe (payments), Meta (ad measurement), Cloudflare (hosting), our e-mail provider and our customer records system. Some of them process data outside your country.

5. How long

Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data until you ask us to stop. If you get a full refund, we stop sending you e-mails. When Dev On Call ends, remove our access to your repository; we don't keep copies of your code.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing e-mails, by writing to contact@vomini.com. Brazilian residents have the rights of the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).
