1. Who sells
Live In 7 is sold by Vomini LTDA, a Brazilian company ("Vomini", "we"). The company details are at the bottom of this page.
2. What you buy
A digital, educational product: video lessons, the Vomini App Starter (a code template with CLAUDE.md, the 7-day prompt sequence and the anti-slop design prompt) and the Launch Checklist. If you add them at checkout or right after, you also get The App Recipe Pack and/or Dev On Call.
3. The code
The code you build from the Vomini App Starter is yours: you may change it, run it, sell access to the app you build with it and keep it after any refund. You may not resell or republish the Starter itself, the lessons, the prompts or the recipes as a template, course or kit.
4. Dev On Call
Dev On Call gives you 5 unblock requests within 30 days of purchase, each answered within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, New York time). It covers errors and blockers in an app built from the Starter. It does not cover new features, design, writing the app, native phone apps, outages of third-party services, or legal, tax or marketing advice. Unused requests expire on day 30. Giving us access to your repository is your choice and you can remove it at any time.
5. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. If you accept the one-click offer after checkout, the card you used at checkout is charged for that offer only after you click to accept it. There is no subscription.
6. Third-party tools
The Starter runs on tools made by other companies (such as Anthropic's Claude Code, GitHub, Cloudflare, Stripe and Resend). You open your own accounts with them, accept their terms and pay them directly. Their prices, limits and features can change. Some links may be referral links: we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
7. No promise of results
This is an educational product. We make no promise of income, of a number of users or customers, or that your app will be finished in 7 days. Results depend on your idea, your time and how you build and sell it.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the app you build and run: its content, the data of your users, your own terms and privacy notice, taxes on what you sell, and the security of your accounts and keys.

10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with the courts of São Paulo, SP, except where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to another forum or protection that cannot be waived. If this English text and a Portuguese version differ, the Portuguese prevails.
